Welcome to Nio Mart! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using Nio Mart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. About Nio Mart

Nio Mart is an online marketplace that allows users to purchase groceries, fresh vegetables, cosmetics, bakery items, and related household essentials. Our goal is to provide high-quality products at competitive prices with reliable delivery service.

2. Eligibility

By using our Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the service under parental supervision.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You will use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
• You will not Reproduce, duplicate or copy material

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you may be required to register an account with accurate personal details (name, email, delivery address, etc.). You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify Nio Mart immediately in case of unauthorized access.

4. Product Information

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for convenience and may vary slightly due to packaging or regional availability.

Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Nio Mart reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed through the website or app.

Prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or cash on delivery (where available)

Once an order is confirmed, Nio Mart will notify you via WhatsApp/SMS.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of product unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability.

Nio Mart aims to ensure timely delivery but shall not be liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.).

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Perishable items (vegetables, bakery, dairy) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

Non-perishable items (cosmetics, packaged goods) may be eligible for return within 2–3 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may expire without prior notice.

Nio Mart reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s security or operations.
• Post misleading reviews or defamatory content.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Nio Mart — including text, images, logos, trademarks, and software — is the intellectual property of Nio Mart or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nio Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or products purchased.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nio Mart harmless from any losses, claims, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
